Delivery and return

Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your order to be delivered. If you choose in-store pickup, we'll contact you to confirm when your order will be available.

We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange or a refund is allowed. The return of the item(s) is at the customer's expense. We accept returns for a period of 15 days after purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded.

We guarantee any manufacturing defect. If an item was delivered to you in poor condition, an exchange for an item of the same value or a refund is allowed. However, the situation must be declared at the time of receipt of the item(s). In this exceptional case, the return of the item(s) is at the expense of Seizehuit.com. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Seizehuit.com reserves the right to refuse any request made outside of a reasonable period of time.
